1. Contact and information use
NUVERIQO receives enquiries at [email protected]. There is no online application form: enquiry buttons open an email draft that you choose to send. The name, email address, brand or company name and project description you provide are used to assess and respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work.
2. Choose what you share
For an initial enquiry, share only contact details and a brief description of your needs. Other information is optional; without a way to contact you or essential context, we may be unable to respond or assess the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, real customer lists or confidential information you are not authorised to disclose.
3. Your information rights
You may email us to request access to, a copy of, or correction of your personal information, or to request that collection, processing or use stop, or that information be deleted. We may need to verify your identity to protect the information. We will explain how the request is handled and any applicable legal retention requirements. This notice does not restrict your statutory rights.
4. Email, hosting and security services
Email passes through the email services used by you and the recipient. The live website uses Cloudflare for delivery and access protection; operation may involve IP addresses, connection records and information needed for authentication. This public demo includes no advertising tracking and does not send demo inputs to production LSS. Client authentication state is separate from public demo data.
5. Public demo limitations
Products, amounts and tasks in the demo are illustrative and must not be relied on for accounting, purchasing or stock decisions. Changes exist only in the current tab’s memory and reset on reload or reset. They do not place real orders or change production data or another visitor’s data. Do not enter personal or commercially confidential information.
6. Client login and authorisation
Client login lets authorised users access their workspace according to their account permissions. It is not a registration or application form: entering an email does not submit an enquiry or automatically grant access. New clients should use the enquiry link. Do not share accounts or attempt to access information without authorisation.
7. Scope, pricing and delivery
An initial enquiry or public demo does not constitute a project engagement, account activation or delivery commitment. Features, fees, schedule, acceptance, intellectual property ownership and maintenance scope are defined in a separately agreed quotation or contract. The initial response target is two business days, not completion of assessment or launch within that time. Maintenance and support hours are agreed per project.
8. Content and acceptable use
Rights in website text, visuals and code remain with their respective owners. Do not impersonate the brand, resell assets without permission, disrupt services, bypass authentication or access another person’s data. Uses permitted by law are not excluded by this notice. Demonstrations may change; production service capabilities are governed by the relevant agreement.
